Jessica Tremp

This week in New Art Monday’s I bring to your viewing pleasure the beautiful, sometimes haunting photography of Jessica Tremp. Jessica was born in Switzerland where she grew up until moving at the age of 18 to Melbourne. “She brought with her a love for theatrics, romanticism and nature and has started combining these with her growing passion for the art of photography a few years ago. She uses herself as a model in most of her images and prefers an organic, spontaneous and naturally lit approach to shooting. She hopes her work may lead you into a world filled with drama, where she tries to tug at your heart strings or into a world of imagination and humor. She draws inspiration from Blues music, a bowl of spaghetti eaten alone, hugs, fights, the animal kingdom, uncomfortable social experiences, daydreaming of running with the wolves…(Click to continue reading)

Some of Jessica’s awards include: 2011 PX3 2011 Prix De La Photographie ‘Gold’ Winner in the portraiture category, 2010 Projections Finalist of 5 best emerging photographers in Australia, in the arts category…(Click here for more awards) Her work has been featured in New York, Sydney, San Diego, Paris, and other places around the world. Jessica’s works are some of the most exciting pieces of photography that I have seen! Please let your eyes feast upon her work and you be the ultimate judge. Enjoy! (All photos were taken and shot by Jessica Tremp). Make sure to support great artists like Jessica like her FaceBook Page (Click here), and make sure to view her website JessicaTremp.Com

Wallpaper Collection 10

This collection is special to me because it’s from one of my favorite photographer’s Olivier Zahm, who runs Purple Fashion Magazine, where a lot of his work is displayed. He just gets it. How the body is supposed to be exposed, and the pure beauty behind the sex of it all. I just love what he does behind the camera, and I am sure many of you will as well. The naked body isn’t meant to shock or disturb anyone, but rather be looked at as a form of art, which is something that I respect and cherish. Trust me if I could walk out my fucking house butt as naked I would. I hope that you all enjoy these photos, and you enjoy the art behind it all, and please make sure to check out Olivier Zahm and see more of his photos.

Wallpaper Collection 8

Hello all again! It’s been awhile I know and I am sucker for not being on here enough and making daily updates. I continue to promise and it just isn’t working haha! But needless to say here is the latest and greatest wallpapers that I have collected from around the web that I know all of you enjoy so much! I wish people could just see how important the value of the culture in hip/hop is when it comes to artwork. There’s a fine a line between I think marketing and art. Yes I will admit it is all art, but the intent for the two are entirely different. You’ll see that in my collections I love graffiti and I love black and white photography. There’s so many aspects into the culture of things especially hip/hop that I think are overlooked a lot of time. Needless to say enjoy the works of art and you be the final judge. Peace and Love!
